Bienve Aguado Alba
“My goals are to win Crankworx, travel a lot and end up in the top 3 of the FMB World Tour.”
Bienve Aguado Alba got a feeling for rotations when he was a kid, as from the age of 5 he was a professional gymnast and went on to try a bunch of different sports, including field hockey, inline skating and wind surfing. But he found his calling in mountain biking, bought his first bike in 2008 and set about Barcelona’s dirt jump trails with zeal. His first week was all slams but he persisted, first landing a can can, then stomped a backflip four months later and after a year stuck his first front. Today he’s a sponsored pro, throwing hammers at the likes of Masters of Dirt. His personal highlight in 2014 was a double frontflip at the Red Bull MSI Event in Sweden.
Bienve feels best on his Dirt Bike and uses therefore a Dirt LOVE. He has a lot of air pressure in the fork, which makes it very stiff to avoid the 100mm of travel to be used up after hard impacts. The rebound is nearly fully closed, so he does not get punched of the pedals after landing huge jumps with massive air time like the ones at the Masters of Dirt shows.
